Metro Vein Centers March 2026 Cosmetic Spider Vein Treatment Giveaway — Official Terms & Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

• This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Metro Vein Centers, with headquarters located at 7125 Orchard Lake Road Suite 120, West Bloomfield, MI 48322 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Entrants must be able to independently travel to a Metro Vein Centers clinic to receive treatment.
• Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
• Employees of Metro Vein Centers, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period
The Promotion begins on March 17, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on March 31, 2026 (“Entry Period”).
Entries submitted before or after this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter
To enter, visit the giveaway landing page and complete the Cosmetic Spider Vein Treatment Giveaway Form with your full name, phone number and email address.
No purchase, follow, comment, or tag is required.
By submitting the form, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

5. Selection of Winners

• Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
• Winners will be contacted via email on or around April 1, 2026.
• Each winner must respond to the notification email within five (5) business days to claim their prize.
• If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize
Each winner will receive one (1) free cosmetic spider vein treatment performed at a participating Metro Vein Centers location.

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): up to $500 USD per treatment.
• The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or any other service. It is non-transferable unless a Metro Vein Centers provider determines the winner is not a medical candidate for cosmetic spider vein treatment. In such cases, the winner will receive a $500 gift card of their choice.
• Treatment must be scheduled by May 1, 2026.

7. Travel & Availability
Winners are responsible for their own transportation to and from the clinic.
Metro Vein Centers does not provide travel or lodging accommodations.

8. Privacy & Publicity
By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of personal information for the purpose of administering this Promotion and contacting winners.
Winners may be asked to grant Metro Vein Centers the right to use their first name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

• Metro Vein Centers reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise the integrity of the Promotion.
• Metro Vein Centers reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms & Conditions.
• By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Metro Vein Centers and its employees, officers, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize use.

10. Disputes
Except where prohibited, participants agree that any disputes related to this Promotion will be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles, and must be filed in the appropriate state or federal court within Michigan.
