Tamer Abuaita, DO, is a board-certified physician with a strong foundation in internal medicine and a dedication to providing patient-centered, minimally invasive vein care. With extensive clinical experience, Dr. Abuaita helps patients in our Texas vein clinics find lasting relief from chronic venous insufficiency and the uncomfortable symptoms of vein disease, including leg swelling, visible veins, cramping, and pain while standing.
Dr. Abuaita earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Auburn, Alabama. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Michigan–Flint, where he graduated with honors. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the Detroit Medical Center – Huron Valley Sinai Hospital (HVSH) in Michigan. After residency, his career led him to Austin, Texas, where he has been practicing medicine for the past several years, continuing his commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-focused care.
