Philip Walden, MD, is a board-certified physician and vein specialist with 25 years of medical experience treating patients throughout New Jersey. He currently leads a team of dedicated vein specialists at our Jersey City vein clinic, where he specializes in providing minimally invasive vein treatments for chronic venous insufficiency and related symptoms of varicose veins and spider veins.
Dr. Walden is committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centric healthcare that targets the underlying factors of vein disorders to provide lasting improvement in both the medical and cosmetic symptoms of varicose veins and spider veins. He utilizes the latest, state-of-the-art vein treatment technologies, such as radiofrequency ablation, ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy, varithena, and VenaSeal, to provide patients relief in a comfortable, modern environment.
Dr. Walden is a recognized medical expert in the region and has earned a Lifetime Achievement Award from Hackensack University Medical Center. He is also an educator, training the next generation of physicians as a Clinical Professor of Medicine at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. Outside work, Dr. Walden enjoys volunteering with the NFL to provide game-day medical care for NFL teams visiting New Jersey.
