Dr. Joezer Lugo, MD, DABVLM, is a board-certified physician with over a decade of experience in the medical field. Dr. Lugo brings his extensive expertise to our Houston, Clear Lake clinic, where he is committed to addressing vein disease and its often uncomfortable symptoms, such as varicose veins, leg pain, swelling/edema, and restless legs, with precision and care.
Dr. Lugo earned his medical degree magna cum laude from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine, where he also completed his residency and served as Chief Resident. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine (DABVLM). He further advanced his expertise through postgraduate studies in Aerospace Medicine at King’s College London. Throughout his career, he has developed innovative treatment protocols and worked with diverse patient populations, emphasizing personalized care tailored to each individual.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Lugo combines advanced diagnostic skills with a compassionate approach to help patients manage vein disease, improve their mobility, restore confidence, and improve overall quality of life.
