Susan Cash, MD, MPPA, FACS is a board-certified surgeon and vein specialist with over 30 years of experience in patient care, public health, and medical education. Dr. Cash has extensive experience as a surgical oncologist and medical consultant, and is an expert in wound care. She is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a designation for surgeons who meet rigorous standards for education and training, professional qualifications, surgical competence, and ethical conduct.
Dr. Cash earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology (with Distinction) from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, IL, and received her MD from Rush Medical College in Chicago, IL. Additionally, she holds a dual Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Public Administration (MPPA) with a Global Health Specialization from Northwestern University, School of Professional Studies in Chicago. She completed her residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.
